Chains
What kinds of chains can you produce?
We produce both welded and weldless chains. Single loop chain (also called lock link chain) is one of our main chain products. We also produce double loop, single and double jack, sash, plumber’s, ladder, decorative, pet, anchor, safety, elevator balancing, and welded steel chains in various grades and link shapes. These chain types are not interchangeable, so please share your application, required standard or size, material, finish, and load requirements for review.
What chain standards can you provide?
We can supply chains made to American (ANSI), German (DIN), Australian, Japanese (JIS), and Swedish standards, and we can manufacture non-standard chain sizes for your project. Availability depends on the chain type, so please provide the exact standard designation and revision, chain type, and size for confirmation.
Which chain materials are available?
Depending on the chain type, you can request carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, or aluminum. Please specify the exact material grade, required properties, and any certificate or batch-traceability requirement, because not every material is suitable or available for every chain design.
Which chain finishes are available?
Depending on the chain type and base material, you can request polishing; electro-galvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing; copper, brass, nickel, or chrome plating; e-coating; powder coating; passivation; or another product-specific finish. Please specify your required process, coating specification, color, corrosion test method, duration, and acceptance criteria. Not every finish is suitable or available for every product and service environment.
Can I customize a chain?
Yes. You can request custom dimensions, material, finish, length, and packaging. Please send your drawing or physical sample and state the intended application, load requirements, applicable standard, quantity, and acceptance criteria so we can review feasibility before sampling or production.
How do I choose the right single loop chain (lock link chain)?
Please start with your chainwheel brand and model or the required trade size. If you cannot provide these, send us your application details; a drawing, photo, or sample of the chainwheel; and the required wire diameter, inside link length, material, finish, continuous loop length, quantity, packaging, and working load. We can review the proposed match before quoting, but final compatibility should be checked against the approved chainwheel and chain specifications.
Can single loop chain (lock link chain) be used for overhead lifting?
No. You should not use our single loop chain (lock link chain) for overhead lifting or hoisting. It is intended for manual chainwheel operation and other light-duty uses, not for lifting suspended loads. Please use the selected size only within its documented working load limit and approved application.

Quality Control
How do you control incoming raw materials?
The incoming checks for your order follow the approved material specification and control plan. They may include reviewing supplier documents and carrying out the inspections or tests you specify before material is released to production. Please state the certificate, test method, lot traceability, and acceptance criteria you need in your RFQ.
How is quality controlled during production?
For your order, we use in-process checks and sampling at defined stages according to the approved control plan. If a nonconformity is found, we follow the agreed plan for holding the affected work, investigating the cause, taking corrective action, re-inspecting the product, and keeping the required records. Please confirm the inspection points, sampling frequency, and records you need before production.
Which finished-product inspections are performed?
The finished-product checks for your order are set by the approved drawing, specification, and inspection plan. Depending on the product, the plan may include visual and dimensional checks, tensile or salt spray testing, and other specified inspections. Please confirm the method, sampling level, sample condition, report format, and pass criteria before production.
How are nonconforming products handled?
If sampling finds a nonconformity, we review the affected batch against the acceptance criteria agreed for your order. The approved disposition may include re-inspection, sorting, rework, replacement, rejection, or a written concession where applicable. Please agree the reporting, approval, and responsibility rules before production.
What certification and compliance documents can you provide?
You can ask us to confirm which current company, product, or batch documents are available for your order. Depending on the scope, these may include an ISO management-system certificate, a product- or batch-specific RoHS test report, or a relevant TÜV-issued document. Before you rely on any document, please verify the standard or directive, holder, product scope, number, issuing body, and validity.
Do you accept third-party inspections?
Yes. You can request a third-party inspection. Please agree the inspection company, stage, site access, sampling plan, tests, documents, acceptance criteria, cost, and schedule before you place the order, and record the approved arrangement in your quotation, purchase order, or inspection plan.
How do you ensure product quality?
For your order, we set quality checks against the approved drawing or sample, product specification, and acceptance criteria. The agreed control plan may cover incoming-material review, in-process checks, dimensions, surface condition, tensile or salt spray testing, and pre-shipment inspection, as applicable. Please confirm the control plan and report requirements before production.
What quality documents can be requested with a shipment?
For your shipment, you can request material certificates, applicable test reports, and third-party inspection records. Availability depends on the product and order and should be confirmed before production. Please specify the document title, issuing party, traceability level, format, cost, and the order, lot, or shipment reference you need on each document in your RFQ so we can confirm what can be supplied.
Does a salt spray result predict service life?
No. A salt spray test shows how the tested finish performs under defined laboratory conditions, but it does not tell you how long your chain or hardware part will last in service. For your order, please agree the test standard, exposure time, sample condition, evaluation method, and pass criteria.
