Tuohai Hardware is an integrated manufacturer and exporter with its own factory and a dedicated foreign trade company. Our factory handles core wire processing, chain and wire forming, welding, selected secondary operations, inspection, and packaging. Our foreign trade company supports international communication, export documentation, and order coordination. Some specialized surface finishes are completed with long-term finishing partners.
What products does Tuohai Hardware manufacture?

Can you make custom chains, springs, and wire forms?
Yes. Custom production can be reviewed from a drawing, sample, or clear specification. Material, dimensions, tolerance, function, finish, test requirements, quantity, and packaging should be confirmed before production.
Which production processes are handled in-house?
Tuohai’s manufacturing operations cover core wire preparation, chain and wire forming, welding where required, selected secondary operations, dimensional and surface inspection, mechanical testing, packaging, and pre-shipment checks. Some plating, antique, or specialized finishing processes are completed with established finishing partners.
How do the factory and foreign trade company work together?
The factory reviews manufacturability, production processes, equipment, inspection, and packaging. The foreign trade company manages international communication, quotation coordination, export documentation, and shipment follow-up. This structure gives overseas customers direct manufacturing support together with export service.
What quality documents can you provide?
Available documents depend on the product and order. Material reports, dimensional records, tensile or breaking-load reports, salt-spray reports, and third-party inspection can be discussed when required.
How do you select a surface treatment for a chain or wire form?
The finish is selected according to the base material, service environment, corrosion requirement, appearance, dimensional limits, and order specification. Available options may include zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing, black oxide, electrophoretic coating, powder coating, polishing, and decorative metal finishes. The process location and test requirement should be confirmed for each order.

About Tuohai
Founded in 1994, Tuohai entered the chain and hardware industry in 2004 and began exporting products in 2006.
In 2010, we expanded our business through acquisitions and established a trading company to support international sales.
The establishment of our Nantong subsidiary in 2012 further strengthened our manufacturing capabilities.
In 2015, our in-house R&D efforts resulted in several patented technologies and helped expand our product range.
In 2025, we successfully developed and introduced a fully automatic production machine for Lock Link Chains (Single Loop Chains), further expanding our chain manufacturing capabilities.
Today, we operate more than 150 chain production machines and over 50 wire forming machines. We serve more than 2,000 customers in over 20 countries and offer a wide range of chains, springs, wire forms, and hardware accessories.
