Alloy Chain By Type
Tuohai can provide various materials of Alloy Steel Chains, such as 20Mn2, 25MnV, 30CrMnTi, etc. Additionally, Stainless Steel 304, Stainless Steel 316, and Stainless Steel 316L can also be produced.
Made from 20Mn2 or 25MnV, this low-carbon alloy steel chain offers high strength and is commonly used as a transport chain.
G80 chains typically use 20Mn2 or 30CrMnTi and undergo heat treatment, resulting in extremely high strength and wear resistance.

G100 chains, made from alloys like 42CrMo or 30CrMnTi, boast higher strength, working loads, and wear resistance compared to G80 chains.
SS304 alloy chain featuring good corrosion resistance and relatively low cost, suitable for light-duty lifting applications.
