Our experienced engineering team designs and builds chain production equipment in-house. The drawing shown here is one example of this work.
Our equipment includes chain forming equipment, chain welding equipment, straightening equipment, and wire forming equipment. These machines support the forming, welding, and straightening work required in production.

Equipment before and after forming
Production starts with suitable wire preparation and ends with defined inspection. Additional equipment supports straightening, drawing, cutting, grinding, polishing, heat treatment, blasting, and packaging where the product requires it.

Cutting, grinding, polishing, blasting, and heat-related processes support different part requirements.
Packaging equipment supports order-specific presentation and handling needs after final inspection.
